Dr. Rosen is deeply committed to providing emergency neurosurgical care. With over 25,000 hours of emergency neurosurgical care experience, he remains actively involved in emergency neurosurgical care at the largest hospital in the United States, providing care for patients suffering from life-threatening brain and spine injuries. At that time, he was the nation’s youngest Chairman of Neurosurgery at a U.S. News & World Report Top 25 Neurology & Neurosurgery Program.
