By using the Patient Portal you no longer have to call the office, leave a message, and wait for a response to get results of your lab work; those results will be available to you on the Portal.

Patient Portal Activation Guide
Click on the [+] icon to view details.
Click “Set up Portal Account:
Choose voice or text verification method.
Enter the validation code, click “verify”.
Enter the password you want to use for your Portal account.
Click “Next”.
Check the box to confirm you have read the form, then click “Agree and Next”.
Completely fill out the form, then select “submit”.
Select “Fill Questionnaire”.
Select “Current Condition”, complete and submit, then click “Medical History”, complete and submit.
